About the Role
The Investment Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting investment operations and financial planning by managing account processes, handling client services, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in investment and insurance operations.
This position is best suited for a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. It is a full-time role, with the potential for remote work opportunities after the successful completion of training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage investment and risk processing operations.
- Oversee client onboarding, ensuring all account setup requirements are met.
- Provide ongoing account servicing and respond to client inquiries.
- Input data into Excel and other relevant systems for investment operations review.
- Track and manage new business opportunities, ensuring all required documentation is collected and organized.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and materials to support successful client meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between team members to facilitate smooth communication and task management.
- Monitor and delegate tasks for the Director of Financial Planning.
- Track Continuing Education (CE) requirements and ensure timely completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in investment operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- CRM experience preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
- Bonus: Possible year-end bonus
