Compensation - $100-$135K base salary plus motivating commissions, benefits & profit sharing

Our client, a well-established Forbes ranked Wealth Management firm, with over 30 years of experience is seeking a motivated, driven individual to serve as a Lead Advisor for existing clients. The firm is in hyper growth mode and is looking for someone to grow with them in their fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, self-initiated follow-through, be systems-oriented and have strong organizational skills. Responsibilities

  • Serves as primary client-facing point of contact on behalf of the firm for a newly acquired book of business
  • Focuses on complete client care and delivering on promises made to the client
  • Directly responsible for client satisfaction with firm and retention of client accounts
  • Manages and supervises formulation and implementation of risk and investment strategies consistent with a comprehensive financial plan prepared for each client individually
  • Increase assets under management from an assigned client base
  • Develop new revenue opportunities to service existing clients more effectively
  • Build Loyal Client Advocates and produce new clients through those relationships
  • Publicly represents the firm’s strategic brand
  • Participates in and contributes to firm leadership
  • Maintains familiarity with the industry and economic trends
  • Maintains knowledge of and shows the ability to apply compliance standards
  • Works collegially and productively with clients, peers, and other team members

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of financial planning experience (with Insurance and Investments)
  • Clean compliance record
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Securities (6 & 63 or 7) and life & health insurance licenses
  • Ability to work with a close-knit team
  • CFP® designation

Compensation
