We are working with a leading financial planning firm in the Washington DC metro area that is looking for a Client Service Associate. This person will help facilitate and accelerate the growth of the team that has been recognized by Forbes as a Best-In-State top financial security group.

Responsibilities

  • Corresponding with clients to handle insurance and advisory-related service needs
  • Working directly with the Asset Movement, Underwriting, New Business, Policyowner
  • Service, and Compliance departments at the parent company office to ensure smooth on-boarding.
  • Using the team’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to adequately
  • manage both financial planning and relationship-building priorities
  • Preparing reports (using software such as Envestnet, Morningstar, and other company specific software) for the team to help craft financial planning analysis for clients
  • Providing insight to team’s Marketing Director about relevant topics concerning clients.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of client on-boarding or customer service experience.
  • Life and Health and Series 7 preferred but not required (must obtain within 6 months).
  • Outstanding candidates will arrive at the interview with a schedule to earn the CFP® designation within 3 years of joining the team.
  • Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work both independently and on a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Compensation

  • $60,000-120,000 dependent on experience and licensing.
