Job Description

They are looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join the team and oversee the client servicing for first responder clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management and a genuine passion for serving clients in this sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with first responder clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all financial matters.
  • Portfolio Oversight: Monitor and manage client investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and changing circumstances.
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to their unique goals, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and insurance coverage.
  • Proactive Communication: Keep clients informed of market developments, investment performance, and relevant financial news through regular communications and meetings.
  • Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' interests and proactively address any concerns or questions they may have regarding their financial plans or investment strategies.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all client interactions and investment recommendations comply with regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including financial advisors, analysts, and support staff, to deliver exceptional service and holistic financial solutions to clients.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in wealth management to enhance expertise and provide value-added services to clients.
  • Client Retention: Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase client satisfaction through personalized service, proactive engagement, and tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. CFP, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Series 65 license required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory role, with a track record of success in client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation

  • $60k plus incentives
