As a Business Development Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of this journey, collaborating closely with the seasoned Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and follow up on all leads into Wealth Management firm
  • Responsible for the onboarding activities and tracking clients targeting outreach and efforts.
  • Develop and modify as needed process for qualifying prospects.
  • Assigning leads to advisors based on given firm parameters.
  • Assist with Marketing and BD Managers to ensure consistent lead flow.
  • Supports the BD Manager with business development activities, as well as management projects.
  • Assist with the development of RFPs.
  • Coordinate and arrange client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Must be comfortable working in collaboration with a team of company personnel, executives and officers; continuously adjusting responsibilities based on input from others.
  • Creating and maintaining CRM and mail lists.
  • Providing effective administrative support

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently and as a part of a time.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Strong problem-Solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce
