Responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager, you will:
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through creative outreach methods—digital, telemarketing, and warm introductions
- Grow revenue by fostering meaningful relationships with both new and existing clients
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM, ensuring opportunities are forecasted and tracked correctly
- Stay current on market trends and competitive activities to better serve clients
- Be a trusted resource in financial advisory practice management and ClientWise content, positioning yourself as a valuable partner to clients
- Introduce additional services to existing clients, helping them grow their practices
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development and Sales
- 1+ years of experience working with or partnering with Financial Advisors
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Value and Practice Management in a financial advisory context
- Excellent at building rapport with clients over the phone
- Local to the Dallas area and available to work full-time in the office
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
What They Offer
- Base salary starting at $70,000-95,000, plus commission and bonus opportunities. OTE $125-150k year one)
