Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen relationships with an established client base.

- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial advising.
- At least 3 years of sales or business development experience.
- CFP designation preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow the business.
- Familiarity with financial planning software and CRM systems.
Compensation
- Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000 with commissions of 10%-25% on new business development and term equity opportunity.
