Our Client is looking for two Manufacturing Technicians in Buellton. If you're reliable, pays attention to detail, and enjoys problem-solving both independently and as part of a team, this might be the role for you!

They have an opening for one day shift and one night shift.

Responsibilities

Lead a team during the second shift, ensuring safety and productivity.
Train and coach technicians, address performance issues, and motivate the team.
Assemble parts, use hand and power tools, and conduct quality checks.
Perform machine setup and operation, ensuring parts meet specifications.
Use precision instruments to measure and examine completed units.
Monitor machines, diagnose issues, and perform minor maintenance.

Requirements

High school diploma required; Machinist certification preferred.
2+ years of experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with CNC machines is a plus.
Ability to use precision measuring equipment and interpret technical instructions.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing schedules and personnel.
Proficient in English with basic computer skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Full-time position.

Day Shift Hours

For training 8am-4:30pm
After training one of the two:
8am-4:30pm or 5:30am-1pm

Night Shift Hours

For training 8am-4:30pm
After training: 1:30pm-12:00am
Onsite in Buellton, CA.
Salary Range: $22.50 - $30.00/hour, plus benefits including medical insurance and 401k.
