Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets and expand market share within the region (and beyond).
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to financial advisors and support staff, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development.
  • Drive revenue generation through effective business development initiatives, client acquisition strategies, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Market growth through recruitment and retention of experienced and early-career financial professionals, in partnership with the recruiting team.
  • Actively engage with diverse networks and participate in recruiting events to support diversity recruiting objectives.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative environment that empowers our team to deliver a world-class client experience.
  • Actively guide and support financial professionals to maximize their potential in productivity and culture contributions.
  • Champion the use of technology platforms that enhance overall client experience and operational efficiencies.
  • Inspire financial professionals to be personally accountable for their desired outcomes, fostering a holistic financial planning culture.
  • Play a supporting role in engaging all clients in holistic financial planning, demonstrating, observing, and coaching mastery within the firm.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles within wealth management or related areas.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Recruiting experience is a must have for the role.
