This role is best suited for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in financial services, insurance operations, or wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client onboarding, insurance operations, and policy servicing.
  • Oversee CRM maintenance, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
  • Assist with compliance reporting, documentation, and administrative workflows.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts, including event planning and email campaigns.
  • Provide direct support to clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent service.
  • Develop and implement operational improvements to streamline workflows.
  • Support project management efforts related to firm growth and process enhancements.
  • Manage phone inquiries and correspondence, directing client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services, operations, or client service.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000-75,000, plus performance-based bonus.
